Each ACLS and PALS Course is delivered over a two part format:

During the pandemic we are pleased to offer courses in a new format to keep you safe.  Once you have registered with us, you will receive a welcome email containing a checklist and instructions to help you be prepared for your course day.

Day 1 - approx 4hrs: The day prior to the in-class portion will be online. Videos and written evaluation can be accessed throughout the day: (Starting from 9am)

• A Heart and Stroke resuscitation portal account (log in or create a free account)

• A computer to access videos and instructions.

• An online written evaluation will be included in this portion of the course and you will need to print out your results of your online exam and bring it into class.

Day 2 -  IN-PERSON: 9am - 5pm (approx)
Here are some of the basic requirements as part of our Covid-19 Safety Plan:​

• Please bring your own mask for the in-person portion.

• Gloves will be provided

• Stations are disinfected between participants

• 2 meter distancing
