Dental PALS Student Manual (BC Edition 2026)
The downloadable pdf companion to the Dental PALS course, written for dental sedation teams that treat children.
Its 10 chapters follow the online modules one for one. Core Track (Chapters 1–5) is for every member of the sedation team: recognizing the seriously ill child, small-airway rescue, monitoring and sizing by weight, the pediatric kit, and team roles. Provider Track (Chapters 6–10) is for the dentist who sedates patients 12 and under: pediatric rhythms, weight-based drugs, resuscitation pathways, sedation emergencies, and leading the resuscitation.
