Welcome to the DSAT video series: The videos shown during this course are used with permission from the American Dental Society of Anesthiology (ADSA). Instructions: View all the videos in the series. Upon completion, you will receive two forms via email: * Your interim DSAT certification: This must be presented to your supervising dentist to proceed with scheduling your clinical rotations. All clinical rotations can be scheduled with your supervising dentist once they receive this certificate from you. * DSAT clinical rotation package: This document contains important information that must be completed by you and your supervising dentist during your clinical rotation. Please read the directions carefully within the document to fulfil all the requirements. All DSAT clinical rotation documents must be signed and emailed to LIFE SAFE Medical Training prior to receiving your full DSAT certification.
